Angelides Campaign Releases New Television Ad: "Performance"

LOS ANGELES, CA - California State Treasurer Phil Angelides' campaign for Governor today unveiled a new television advertisement, entitled "Performance." The ad, produced by Morris & Carrick, compares Governor Schwarzenegger's election year performance with his true record.

The 30-second advertisement will begin airing today in media markets across California. A script of the ad is below.

Phil Angelides: "Best performance by a Republican pretending to be something he's not. The real Schwarzenegger broke promise after promise. He took $100 million from special interests. He cut school funding, tried to cut pensions and still says his ‘initiatives were good ideas.’  He really hasn't changed. I'm Phil Angelides.
