Angelides Campaign Releases New Television Ad: "Always On Your Side"

SACRAMENTO, CA - California State Treasurer Phil Angelides' campaign for Governor today unveiled a new television advertisement, entitled "Always on your Side." The ad, produced by Morris & Carrick, shares with voters Angelides' background and deeply-rooted values.

"This new ad will help voters learn about Phil Angelides, as a father, a successful businessman, and a civic leader," said Angelides 2006 campaign manager Cathy Calfo.  "And most importantly, voters will see why Phil Angelides will be a Governor who's always on their side."

The 30-second advertisement will begin airing today in media markets across California and can be viewed at www.angelides.com. A script of the ad is below.
