"Unlike Governor Schwarzenegger, who fronts for the big insurance companies and HMOs and has failed on the issue of health care, Phil Angelides will bring people together to work toward universal health care, starting with health care for all children, requiring corporations with more than 200 employees to offer health insurance to their workers and cracking down on HMOs.  Treasurer Angelides is dedicated to working with Sen. Kuehl and others toward a system of universal care."
